The mysterious American sailor and obsessive record collector, now residing in Bristol (UK), returns once again with another deep dive into the most fuzz-drenched corners of the psychedelic underground. For decades he has been digging through flea markets, forgotten archives and dusty record shops across the globe, searching for the rawest garage and psychedelic sounds of the late 1960s. The result is the Up In My Mind series — compilations dedicated to the strangest, heaviest and most lysergic tracks from the era. Up In My Mind Vol. 3 delivers 17 more mind-bending psychedelic garage cuts , ranging from fuzz-driven garage rock explosions to tripped-out acid psych oddities. Some tracks were originally released only on ultra-rare 7-inch singles , others remained unreleased at the time , while a few surfaced briefly on long out-of-print CD compilations . With swirling organs, distorted guitars and hallucinatory production, this collection captures the wild experimentation and raw energy of the psychedelic sixties. Third volume in the Up In My Mind series of fuzzed-out psychedelic rarities 17 obscure garage / acid psych tracks from the late 1960s underground Includes unreleased recordings and ultra-rare 7″ singles Compiled by a legendary American collector now based in Bristol (UK) Packed with fuzz guitars, trippy organs and lysergic studio effects Perfect for fans of Pebbles, Nuggets and Brown Acid style compilations Limited pressing of 300 copies
