12 Bar Bruise is the debut studio album by Australian psychedelic rock band King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. It was released on 7 September 2012 and sees the band push forward in their journey of DIY garage rock, following the release of the “”Willoughby’s Beach”” EP. These records have been sustainably made via injection mold technology and are made from PET plastic (the same plastic as water bottles).
